The house has 4 double beds and 1 sofa bed. A baby cot and an inflatable mattress are also available.
Two air-conditioned bedrooms are located upstairs and each have their private bathroom and WC. They are doubly exposed, south and east for one and south and west for the other with a superb view of the village of Sarlat.
The third bedroom is in the old veranda on the ground floor with an opening onto the terrace.

The city center at 400 meters, the historic center at 500 meters and local shops are accessible on foot by a small path.
To reach the house, you have to follow a long dead end, extended by a path leading to only two houses.

Fabulous villa in a great location

Well equipped family villa, great location and views over old Sarlat, fabulous pool and facilities to relax for a holiday in the Dordogne. Easy access to Sarlat down a path into town - you can leave your car behind. Fabulous time spent there, would definitely return and highly recommend. Owners were helpful and very responsive with lots of advice about restaurants and local places to visit.

We had a fantastic stay in Jean and Sophie's house in Sarlat. It's in an excellent position just a short walk to Sarlat town centre and an easy drive to most of the places you'd wish to visit. The view over Sarlat is stunning. The amenities were everything you need for all ages to enjoy and were well kept and in a good condition. One shower sprung a leak and the gates got stuck but were immediately fixed with minimum fuss. Thank you for that! The video of how to get to the house was incredibly useful as we arrived very late and in the dark and the food and drink left for us was a thoughtful and welcome touch - again thank you! The whole family and partners had a thoroughly happy week and we would definitely consider going back and recommend to anyone to stay in this beautiful house.

The house is in an ideal quiet location with idyllic views. It’s a short walk to the centre of Sarlat and has easy access to surrounding attractions. The house had effective air conditioning and was well resourced. The pool was fabulous. The only minor issue was there were no rooms with en-suite toilets. The house was very good value and I would highly recommend it.
Perfect break at a very comfortable and well equipped gite.

Location was fantastic, just 10 mins walk into the historic town center. Great pool area complete with hot tub, table tennis, pool and table football. Plenty of equipment at the gite for all occasions.
