It\u2019s a short walk to the centre of Sarlat and has easy access to surrounding attractions. The house had effective air conditioning and was well resourced. The pool was fabulous. This property has several attractive features &#8211; large pool, private garden with great views over Sarlat, good quality table tennis, pool table and bar football table in outdoor area. Centre of Sarlat is a 10 minute walk away. The house itself has a modern well equipped kitchen and large dining \/ seating area. High quality aircon in all bedrooms. We had two sons in their early 20s with us and enjoyed the 45km bike ride in the &#8216;voie verte&#8217; from Sarlat (opposite big Leclerc) to Cazoules and back, also kayaking on Dordogne (starting at St Julien de Lampon). We enjoyed combining lazy relaxing days by the pool with more active days out. Jean Yves and his family were very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and checked that we had all we needed once we arrived.
